Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended or closed, with funds returned to the verified payment source where applicable.

If hi77com discovers that a player has misrepresented their age or identity at registration, the platform reserves the right to void all bets placed, cancel any winnings, close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on hi77com. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held within them. Registration Requirements

You must keep this information current and notify hi77com promptly of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting support.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. hi77com will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your account login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and hi77com accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify hi77com immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team. We will freeze the account pending investigation. hi77com uses two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP and recommends that all players enable this feature from their account security settings.

Account Name Accuracy

The name on your hi77com account must match the name on your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account, as well as any bank account or card used for transactions. Mismatches between account names and payment method names may result in withdrawal delays, additional verification requirements, or rejection of the withdrawal request. hi77com is not liable for delays caused by name mismatches attributable to the player.


Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Banking

All financial transactions on hi77com are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not support foreign currency transactions. No currency conversion fees are applied by hi77com; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which hi77com accepts no responsibility.

Deposit Policy

  • Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits set within your account dashboard and the limits of your chosen payment method.
  • Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hi77com account within 5 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
  • Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to be credited, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
  • hi77com does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
  • Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
  • Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Before your first withdrawal, full KYC identity verification must be completed and approved.
  • hi77com reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. This may extend processing times temporarily.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your hi77com account.
Note on Bonus Funds: Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Please review Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Conditions

  • All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not wagered within their validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Abuse & Bonus Fraud

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, free spins, and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.


Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles offered on hi77com are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, supplemented by the general platform rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that particular product only.

Sports Betting

  • All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and will not be changed retroactively.
  • hi77com reserves the right to void bets where a pricing error is evident (e.g., an odds value that is demonstrably inconsistent with the market at that time due to a technical fault).
  • Bets on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Abandoned or weather-affected matches are settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable, or voided if no official result is declared.
  • Live betting markets are subject to suspension during key match events (wickets, reviews, weather stoppages). hi77com is not liable for bets placed on a suspended market due to a technical delay in the suspension mechanism, provided the suspension was applied in good faith.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

  • All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software supplied by licenced third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their hi77com account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your verified BDT payment method. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. hi77com will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances will be maintained for a further period before any administrative fee or fund return procedure is applied, as communicated in the dormancy notification. Appealing Account Decisions

hi77com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi77com does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable technical precautions, temporary outages, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures) may affect platform availability. hi77com accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability due to force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.


Amendments to These Terms

hi77com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
